How Does It Work?

For you, it's simple. When you sign up, you'll fill out a form with some basic information we'll use to build your personalized site. This will include information like store name, store logo, background information, etc. You'll also select the payment options you'll accept (among other things.) Then, we'll create your site.

A Full Warehouse Without the Risk or Overhead
Visitors to your online store will have instant access to our entire product line – it's like having a fully stocked warehouse always available, with no overhead or risk.

When someone places an order on your site, you'll be notified via e-mail that you have orders waiting for approval. By clicking the link provided in the e-mail message, you'll access your secure transaction management system to get the billing information the customer provided with their order. You'll process their credit card payment, approve the order with the click of the mouse, and you're finished.

We'll Take Care of Order
Processing and Drop-Shipping

Once the order is approved, it will be automatically sent to our fulfillment system and we'll personalize it (if necessary), package it, and ship it out. All you have to do is process the payment from the customer and pay Cathy's Concepts the reduced wholesale rate for the product.

Is It Really That Easy?
Yes. All product updates, price changes, and shipping issues will be handled by us. We'll keep the inventory up-to-date and our warehouse fully stocked. However, it is up to you to promote your Cathy's Express site in order to make your site a success. Please see "Promoting Your Cathy's Express Store".
